By accessing or using DforDigital ("the Shop", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Digital Products

All products sold are digital in nature. Upon successful payment, delivery is made electronically to the email address provided at checkout. We do not ship physical goods. You are responsible for providing an accurate, working email address.

3. Payments & Pricing

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Prices may change without notice. Payment is processed securely at the time of order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders at our discretion.

4. Delivery

Digital products are typically delivered within 2–10 minutes of a confirmed payment. If you do not receive your product within 30 minutes, contact our support team with your order details.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final. However, refunds are offered when: (a) the product was not delivered, (b) the product is materially different from its description, or (c) a technical error occurred on our end. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense any products purchased from DforDigital without prior written consent. Products are licensed for personal use only unless otherwise stated.

All content on DforDigital, including product descriptions, images, and design elements, is the intellectual property of DforDigital or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute this content without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

DforDigital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.

Refund Policy

Overview

We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase. Because all products are digital, we have a targeted refund policy designed to be fair to both buyers and our business.

Eligible Refunds

• Non-delivery: Product not delivered within 60 minutes of payment.
• Wrong product: You received something materially different from what was described.
• Technical fault: Product is corrupted, inaccessible, or unusable.
• Duplicate charge: You were billed more than once for the same order.

Non-Eligible Cases

• Change of mind after the product has been delivered.
• Product already downloaded or accessed.
• Incompatibility with your device where system requirements were clearly listed.
• Requests submitted more than 7 days after purchase.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@dfordigital.com within 7 days of purchase with your order ID and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 24 hours and process approved refunds within 3–5 business days.
